  • What are the advantages of becoming a Wasabi Rewards member?

    With Wasabi Rewards you can earn 1 point for every 1 penny you spend in our restaurants. When you reach a certain number of points, you can redeem them for free items from our menu. With the Wasabi Sushi & Bento app, you can also opt-in to get news and special offers straight to your email inbox.

  • Once I have earned a new reward, how long do I have to claim it?

    Rewards will expire after four months. The date by which to redeem your reward will be shown in the ‘Rewards’ section of the app.

  • Do my points expire?

    There is no expiration date on your points currently.

  • If I return an item, do I keep my points earned from when I bought it?

    Yes, if for any reason you are unhappy with a Wasabi item and wish to get a refund, the points earned from your original purchase will remain in your account.

  • Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

    Once you reach our 15,000 points Reward Tier your account will revert to zero.

  • How do I redeem my points?

    Once you have earned enough points to redeem a reward, you will find a notification and details in your ‘Rewards’ section of the Wasabi Sushi & Bento app. By clicking on your Wasabi Reward tier, you will be directed to a page that shows the menu items available for you to choose from for free. Then, when paying at checkout, simply scan your unique account QR Code and your reward will be redeemed on your order.

  • Can I earn points if I order Wasabi via a delivery app?

    No, points can only be earned on in-store purchases at Wasabi branches.

  • My points are not appearing in my account, what do I do?

    Your points should be updated within 15 minutes of scanning your unique QR code at checkout. If points do not appear after 24 hours, contact Wasabi Customer Service via www.wasabi.uk.com/contact-us

  • What If I don’t have my phone or app available when paying?

    Simply ask a Wasabi team member at checkout for a printed receipt. This will have a QR code at the bottom, which upon scanning, will automatically open your Wasabi Sushi & Bento app and update your account.

  • How do I earn points?

    Before paying for your Wasabi order at any of our branches, simply open you Wasabi Sushi & Bento app, and show your unique Rewards QR Code at checkout. If for any reason your QR code cannot be scanned, a team member will input your unique 11-digit i-d code at checkout.

  • What personal data does Wasabi keep when I sign up?

    Wasabi Rewards will only ask for your email address and date of birth when signing up. We collect, store and process this data in relation to you. Pleas refer to our Privacy Policy at www.wasabi.uk.com/privacy-policy for more information on how we use your data.

    Our partner Vita Mojo will also have access to certain personal data so that it can provide our Wasabi Rewards service.

    We value your data and will never share it to a third party so that the third party can market to you for its own purposes.

  • Can I change my name or email address on my account at any time?

    No, once signed-up you are unable to change your name and email address.

  • What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

    Wasabi Rewards account can be linked to only one email address. Multiple accounts cannot be merged, nor points transferred.

  • Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

    Wasabi Rewards points can only be earned from 17th October 2024 onwards.

  • I already have a Wasabi Rewards account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

    If you were a member of our previous Wasabi Rewards program, you will have to sign-up with a new Wasabi Rewards account. Existing Rewards members will have received a communication from Wasabi advising on this process. If you have not received this communication, please contact [email protected]

  • Where can I find my rewards account info?

  • How do I sign-up for the Wasabi Rewards?

    account.

  • I have had an accident and injured myself in one of your shops, what should I do?

    If you require medical attention, please alert staff in branch who can offer you assistance.

  • What should I do if I've lost something in one of your branches or I think it's been stolen?

  • Can you provide nutritional/allergy information for all the Wasabi menu?

    Yes indeed. As with all things Wasabi, we like to keep our packaging as simple and effective as possible which includes aspiring to all packaging being environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable.

  • Do you use fish from sustainable sources?

    Absolutely, we are committed to responsible sourcing and use of the best of the world’s catch from well-managed and sustainable fisheries.

  • Which menu items are suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

  • Why have you discontinued my favourite dish?

    We are always updating our menu and releasing new products for you to enjoy. Unfortunately, this means that we have to remove some of our less popular dishes in the process.

    We love your feedback, and the more people that suggest the same location the more chance you’ll be waking up to Wasabi right where you want one.

    We are opening more and more branches throughout the UK and worldwide so do keep up to date with all our new openings.

  • What are your recommendations for storage of your food after I have made my purchase?

    Our restaurant food is sold to eat immediately so we wouldn’t advise storing it or reheating it as we cannot guarantee the quality.

    All of our sushi should be eaten within 2 hours of purchase to maintain freshness and taste. Our Hot food should be eaten within 2 hours of purchase and not reheated. See back of pack for storage instructions for grocery ready meals.
